Closest in appearance to an Aga, the Rangemaster Elan Deluxe 110 is undoubtedly an aspirational range cooker, and its solid form and enhanced features make it one of Rangemaster's most desirable models. Its un-windowed doors, wire-wound handles and chunky controls lend it a truly traditional kitchen presence with all the warmth and character you could want. Not just good to look at, the dual fuel Rangemaster Elan Deluxe 110 improves on Rangemaster's standard specification by having a multifunction main oven offering a variety of heat sources for different dishes, plus an additional grill element, and the usual door-mounted Rangemaster Handyrack for easy basting. Above, the separate grill cavity features a glide-out grill tray with 4-way trivet, and a dual circuit element. To the right there is a fanned oven, below which is a very thoughtful proving drawer. The triple-glazed oven doors contribute to the A-rated oven efficiency and quiet-running of the ovens, and new Catch-rite stainless steel mechanisms offer superb longevity. Both ovens also feature catalytic stay-clean linings.
On top is an impressive hotplate with five gas burners and a Multizone griddle (with ceramic burners beneath) for flexible griddle cooking or just as a useful standing area for pots, ingredients, spoons or even a chopping board. A cast wok cradle to sit over the multi-ring 3.5kW wok burner is also included. On the control panel are some satisfyingly chunky control knobs and an easy-to-use programmer for the main oven, which also feature a Nite-Lite facility, which dims the display slightly for a softer out-of-hours look.
