This dual cavity ILVE (pronounced “ILL-VAY”) range cooker offers copious cooking capacity and A+ rated energy efficiency in a premium and very refined package. ILVE’s unique E3 control allows you to digitally adjust the temperature using a control dial to nudge the setting in 5 degree increments, from 30 to an impressive and pizza-friendly 300°C with minimal thermal fluctuation, and a rapid start-up feature can get the oven to 200° in 6 minutes. The versatile and huge 97 litre multifunction main oven gives you 15 fanned, conventional and grill functions, with the 43 litre second oven offering non-fanned cooking and grilling functions. Both cavities feature a rotisserie, easy clean enamel interiors and two-height halogen lighting for a great view of what is going on, as well as child safety locks. There are even steam discharge vents to allow you to control the humidity or condensation levels to let a little out for wetter dishes or keep it in for baking - a nice touch which demonstrates ILVE’s commitment to culinary detail. A soft-close full width storage drawer provides ample room for all those trays and accessories, and the height adjustable legs can be concealed with an optional plinth kit if preferred. A digital programmer provides full control of the main oven timings, plus a useful minute minder.
Top-side the detail continues with 7 solid brass gas burners of the highest quality with a black easy-clean nanotechnology coating giving them a non-stick thermal durability. This highly impressive range has 2 x 4.3kW double ring wok burners, 3 x 3kW medium burners and 1 x 3.1kW fish kettle burner and 1 x 1.4kW burner, with LPG conversion kit included. Individual cast iron pan supports make cleaning easier, and all burners feature safety devices to shut the gas off should the flame go out. Turn and press one of the lovely fan-cooled control knobs and single-handed ignition brings things to life with ease.
