For range cooker and other appliance spares and service enquiries please call the relevant manufacturer's customer service department, as listed below. You will need your appliance serial number to hand, which on ranges you will usually find on a white or silver label near the main oven cavity, or perhaps in a storage compartment. For out-of-warranty service, you will find the the Gas Safe Register website a great place to find qualified local engineers.
