Brilliant delivery
The delivery crew were excellent. They called the day before with a more specific time slot and then also phoned on the day, when they were 30 minutes away. This is so helpful when you have dogs to walk and children to manage. Fitting was thorough and tidy. Rubbish removed. Thanks for the excellent service!

Slightly disappointed
Having had this in for a couple of months now, I must say I really do miss the hotplate facility from the previous version we had. The grill does not seem to get to the temperature the previous one did either, and the spread of heat is not completely even. The fitting service was superb, they really knew what thehy were doing, made no mess and completed the fit as quickly as possible.
