This cast-iron griddle plate, which sits over a pair of gas burners, enables fish, meat and vegetables to be cooked quickly with minimum fat.
By using one burner at maximum and the other at minimum temperature, it is possible to create a graded heat and therefore enabling large pieces to be seared on the hotter end and then cooked through on the cooler part.
With a ridged finish, this griddle plate is suitable for Lacanche range cookers with two gas burners together.
