The 90cm twin Torino range cooker brings a 65 litre multifunction main oven, along with a 43 litre second multifunction oven. On top are 6 brass gas burners, with a black easy-clean nanotechnology coating giving them a non-stick thermal durability. A 4.3kW double ring wok burner is supported by three 3kW and two 1.8kW burners. The superb removable Fry Top is a real must-have - a solid stainless steel teppanyaki-style cooking surface, brilliant for cooking anything from meat and fish to stir fries and pancakes. The Fry Top can be easily swapped for extra pan supports to convert to normal gas burners when required.
ILVE's unique E3 control allows you to digitally adjust the temperature using a control dial to nudge the setting in 5 degree increments, from 30 to an impressive and pizza-friendly 300°C with minimal thermal fluctuation, plus a rapid start-up feature that can get the oven to 200° in 6 minutes.
