The 120cm Torino range cooker brings a 97 litre multifunction main oven with fanned, conventional and grilling functions. The smaller second oven is also multifunction and offers 43 litres of space with conventional and grilling functions. ILVE’s unique E3 control allows you to digitally adjust the temperature using a control dial to nudge the setting in five-degree increments, from 30 to 300°C with minimal thermal fluctuation.
On top are eight brass gas burners, with two 4.3kW double ring wok burners, four 3kW and two 1.8kW burners. The superb removable fry top is a must have – a solid stainless steel teppanyaki-style cooking surface that is brilliant for anything from meat and all day breakfasts to pancakes or stir fries.
