This 90cm Roma range cooker brings a versatile 65 litre multifunction main oven, giving you 15 fanned, conventional and grill functions, plus a 43 litre second oven offering non-fanned cooking and grilling functions. ILVE’s unique E3 control allows you to digitally adjust the temperature using a control dial to nudge the setting in five-degree increments, from 30 to 300°C with minimal thermal fluctuation.
On top are six solid brass gas burners of the highest quality, with a black easy-clean nanotechnology coating giving them a non-stick thermal durability. This range has a 4.3kW double ring wok burner, 3 x 3kW and two 1.8kW burners, with LPG conversion kit included. Turn and press one of the fan-cooled control knobs and single-handed ignition brings things to life with ease.
