This 60cm warming drawer shows off ILVE’s Milano style and offers a large space for keeping things such as plates, bowls and mugs at serving temperature, you can choose nine different warming options on the temperature control. From 1-9, the temperatures vary between 40°C and 80°C.
This warming drawer is fitted with a hot air circulation system, using a fan to distribute the heat evenly and has a thermostat to ensure you desired temperature is achieved. As soon as the set temperature has been reached, the drawer will turn itself off automatically to save on energy but if the heat dips below this, it will turn itself back on.
