This 60cm built-in Ultracombi oven follows the traditional styling of the Milano, with ornate detailing and metal handle and control. Behind the triple-glazed, soft-close door is a 36-litre Ultracombi oven providing you with three cooking methods in one single oven. Using advanced technology, it allows you to combine steam, microwave and conventional cooking with the ability to choose between different cooking modes, from grill to traditional convection, bake to steam.

When using the steam option, the heat can be adjusted by just one degree at a time, which is perfect for when you are using the sous-vide cooking method and enhancing natural flavours whilst providing healthy food. It also uses a refillable water reservoir at the front of the oven.

With a TFT digital touch screen, you can easily choose between the ten specialist cooking programmes, adjust the timer, temperature and lighting and a child lock. Thanks to ILVE’s precise temperature control, you can also use this display to choose an exact temperature, ranging between 30°C and 250°C. There is also an electronic temperature probe that allows you to check the temperature of your food to ensure it is cooked to perfection.
