This 60cm built-in pizza oven follows the traditional styling of the Milano, with ornate detailing and metal handle and control. Behind the triple-glazed, soft-close door is a 37-litre cooking space, providing you with 14 functions to choose from that includes a pizza setting.
When using the pizza setting, simply prepare the pizza yourself, turn the oven on and, when it reaches an impressive temperature of 400°C, pop the pizza in and wait just over two minutes for it to be cooked. With a TFT digital touch screen control, this allows you to choose between cooking programmes, adjust the timer and temperature and includes a child lock.
Thanks to ILVE’s precise temperature control, you can also use this display to choose an exact temperature which varies between settings. There is an electronic temperature probe, which allows you to check the temperature of your food to ensure it is cooked to perfection. A wet/dry setting is also available so you can reduce the amount of moisture within the oven by releasing water through the steam vent.
