Fratelli Range Cookers UK Relaunch

Fratelli, the renowned Italian cooking appliance brand, is making a triumphant return to the UK market, bringing with it a legacy of artisanal design and advanced technology.

This relaunch of the brand marks a significant milestone for home chefs and design enthusiasts seeking a top cooking solution. The objective is to provide high quality, excellent value range cookers for those who want to experiment and have fun with their cooking.

With this comes two brand new models, the Amalfi and the Ravello, with size variations of both styles, plus accessories to match.

A legacy reimagined...

Fratelli Onofri was established in the 1950s by brothers Giovanni and Goffredo Onofri in Northern Italy. Initially, the company focused on producing high-quality gas freestanding cookers. After World War II, Fratelli Onofri became well-known for their high-standard gas freestanding ovens and was the first brand to introduce the new, and at the time revolutionary, concept of built-in ovens within Italy.

In the 1970s, the company expanded its product line to include a complete range of cooking appliances, emphasising the innovative design and functionality. By the early 1980s, Fratelli Onofri's introduction of new lines of built-in hobs and ovens laid the groundwork for significant growth in both domestic and international markets. The brand later gained popularity in various markets, including the United States, where it began distribution in 2007.

Separately, the Fratelli brand is now available under the name Officine Venete. Based in Campodarsego, Padua, these cooking ranges celebrate "Made in Italy" craftsmanship, representing a tribute to the Italian culinary tradition and cradle of prestigious recipes.

"The flavours of Italy are a feast of the senses. Food is the bridge that connects generations. Food is a passion in Italy. The perfect meal is a harmony of flavours and textures. In the Italian kitchen, each bite is a moment of bliss. Cooking is a labour of love, and every ingredient is chosen with care."

Finishing this collection off nicely is a characteristic analogue timer, rather than an electronic timer, to add to the classic and traditional feel.
